Page 22, after line 42, insert:

"Sec. 8.  Appropriation; Arizona state retirement system

The sum of $283,239 is appropriated from the Arizona state retirement system administration account fund in fiscal year 2014‑2015 to the Arizona state retirement system for the implementation of sections 38‑746 and 38‑749, Arizona Revised Statutes, as amended by this act."
