Line 31, strike “continues or resumes participation in ASRS pursuant to” insert
“is described in”

Page 5, after line 31, insert:

“Sec. 6.  Emergency

This act is an emergency measure that is necessary to preserve the public peace, health or safety and is operative immediately as provided by law.”
