Page 1, line 10, strike the last comma insert “OR”

Line 18, after “engagements” insert “to be”

Line 21, after “statements” insert “to be”

Between lines 29 and 30, insert:

“(e)   any examination, review or agreed on procedure engagement to be performed in accordance with the statements on standards for attestation engagements adopted by the american institute of certified public accountants, other than an examination described in subdivision (c) of this paragraph.”

Page 3, between lines 13 and 14, insert:

“16. “jurisdiction” means, for the purposes of examination, certification or limited reciprocity privilege, the fifty states of the united states, the district of columbia, the united states virgin islands, guam or the commonwealth of the northern mariana islands.”

Renumber to conform

Page 8, line 32, strike “any jurisdiction” insert “one or more jurisdictions”
