“J. a SCHOOL DISTRICT OR CHARTER SCHOOL SHALL NOT RELEASE INFORMATION, INCLUDING INFORMATION DEscribed AS DIRECTORY INFORMATION PURSUANT TO SECTION 15-142, TO ANY PERSON FOR THE PURPOSE OF ENGAGING IN POLITICAL ACTIVITY. A SCHOOL DISTRICT OR CHARTER SCHOOL SHALL NOT ACCEPT MONETARY COMPENSATION or gifts, OTHER THAN REASONABLE FEES permitted by statute, FOR THE PRODUCTION OF RECORDS OR IN RETURN FOR PROVIDING A PERSON WITH information described as DIRECTORY INFORMATION pursuant to section 15-142.”
