I move the following SUBSTITUTE Floor amendment to the ENERGY, ENVIRONMENT AND NATURAL RESOURCES Committee amendment to
HOUSE BILL 2106 (Reference to printed bill)
Page 1, between lines 13 and 14, insert:
"6. The state forester or the state forester's designee.
7. One member who represents the homeowner's insurance industry.
8. One member of the Arizona fire chiefs' association.
9. One member who owns property in an area at high risk from wildland fire in a county with a population of less than two hundred thousand persons.
10. One member who owns property in an area at high risk from wildland fire in a county with a population of more than two hundred thousand persons.
11. One member who is specially trained in code inspection, enforcement and investigationtt and is employed by a fire district in a high risk wildland-urban interface area."
