I move the following SUBSTITUTE amendment to the JUDICIARY Committee Amendment
to

Page 1, line 6, strike "knowingly" insert "intentionally"
Lines 7 and 8, strike "or other reproduction"
Line 9, after "act" strike remainder of line insert "if the person knows or should have known that the depicted person has not consented to the disclosure."
Line 11, strike "criminal" insert "unlawful"
Line 12, strike "to law enforcement"
Line 14, after "2." insert "lawful and common practices of"
Between lines 16 and 17, insert:
"4. An interactive computer service, as defined in 47 United States Code section 230(f)(2), or an information service, as defined in 47 United States Code section 153, with regard to content provided by another person."
