FLOOR AMENDMENT EXPLANATION

 

 

Limits the application of reauthorization measure requirements to statewide initiatives and referenda that create a new state agency, board or commission, permanently levy a tax and/or specifically allocate monies from that tax, permanently allocate state monies received from a lawsuit settlement or require a state agency to administer and enforce a new medical registration system.
