AN ACT

 

Making an appropriation to the state board of education for a state block grant for early childhood education.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Appropriation; state board of education; state block grant for early childhood education

The sum of $20,000,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2014-2015 to the state board of education as the state block grant for early childhood education for the purposes prescribed in section 15‑1251, Arizona Revised Statutes.
