Amending Section 17-337, Arizona Revised Statutes; relating to the taking and handling of wildlife.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Section 17-337, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended to read:
17-337. Soldier's hunting and fishing licenses
A member of the armed forces of the United States who is on active duty and stationed in this state for a period of thirty days immediately preceding the date of application for a license for either permanent or temporary duty may purchase a resident license permitting the taking of wildlife.
