AN ACT
Amending title 26, chapter 2, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, by adding section 26-320; relating to emergency management.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Title 26, chapter 2, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 26-320, to read:
26-320. Emergency access of federal land; repairs
During a state of emergency or a local emergency, the state or a county, city or town may access federal land located in this state to address the emergency, including accessing federal land with the equipment necessary to repair or address the emergency situation.
