AN ACT

 

making an appropriation to the department of law for litigation expenses related to the expansion of the Mexican wolf recovery program in this state.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Appropriation; department of law; litigation expenses; Mexican wolf recovery program

The sum of $250,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2014-2015 to the department of law for litigation expenses relating to the expansion of the Mexican wolf recovery program in this state.
