Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1. Appropriation for relief of named claimants; basis of claims

A. The payment of the sums appropriated by this section is in full satisfaction of the claims described in this section.

B. The sum of $1,430.00 is transferred from the state capital outlay stabilization fund to the state general fund and appropriated from the state general fund to the department of administration for payment of a claim made against the department of administration by the following claimant and in the following amount:
