HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES AMENDMENTS TO S.B. 1333

Strike everything after the enacting clause and insert:
"Section 1. Dog licensing procedures; special audit
A. The auditor general shall conduct a special audit pursuant to section 41-1279.03, Arizona Revised Statutes, to report on best practices of administrative dog licensing procedures, including implementing or contracting to implement new technology procedures to issue new licenses, renew licenses and maintain vaccination records. The audit must review and compare current county dog licensing practices in this state and licensing practices provided by private enterprise and provide recommendations.
B. On or before November 30, 2014, the auditor general shall submit a report of the special audit to the governor, the president of the senate and the speaker of the house of representatives and provide a copy of this report to the secretary of state."
