"J.  For the purposes of this section, a mobile home is deemed abandoned if either of the following applies:

1.  The tenant is absent from the mobile home without notice to the landlord for at least thirty days, there is no reasonable evidence that the tenant is occupying the mobile home and rent for the mobile home space is outstanding and unpaid for at least one month.

2.  The mobile home remains on the mobile home space after entry of a judgment of eviction.

K.  For the purposes of this section, notice to the legal owner of a mobile home must be given as prescribed in section 33-1412.

L.  For the purposes of this section, "constructive receipt" means notice mailed by certified or registered mail that is delivered and deemed to be received on a date no earlier than five DAYS after the date the notice was mailed."
