Page 7, strike lines 15 through 21, insert:
"Section 1. Number of Delegates. This Member State shall be entitled to three delegates to represent its sovereign interests at the Convention.
Section 2. Identity. The Governor, Speaker of the House of Representatives and President Pro Tempore of the Senate of this Member State on the enactment date of this Compact, or their respective designee, as identified in a sworn affidavit executed by such officer, are each appointed in an individual capacity to represent this Member State at the Convention as its sole and exclusive delegates. A majority vote of this delegation shall serve to decide any issue at the Convention on behalf of this Member State."
