“d. subsection a, paragraph 10 of this section shall not apply to”
Line 44, strike “5.”; after “IN” strike remainder of line insert “ the court facility where the judicial officer works, except that the judicial officer shall comply with any rule or policy promulgated by the presiding judge of the superior court while in the court facility. for the purposes of this subsection, Appointed judicial officer does not include a hearing officer or a judicial officer pro-tempore that is not a full-time officer.”
