Page 1, line 19, strike “UPON COMMENCEMENT OF IMPROVEMENTS TO A COMMON AREA,”
Line 21, after the period, insert “if after further review by the assessor the parcel does not meet the requirements of a common area as defined by section 42-13402, the assessor may revoke the statutory valuation made pursuant to section 42-13403 and shall value the parcel according to standard appraisal techniques. the revocation does not waive a community or homeowners’ association’s right to request the common area valuation.”
