Page 3, after line 29, insert:
"Sec. 2. Retroactivity
A. Section 38‑817, subsections G and H, Arizona Revised Statutes, as added by Laws 2013, chapter 111, section 5, apply retroactively to from and after May 15, 1990.
B. Section 38‑857, subsections G and H, Arizona Revised Statutes, as added by Laws 2013, chapter 203, section 11, apply retroactively to from and after September 29, 1988.
C. Section 38‑906, subsections G and H, Arizona Revised Statutes, as added by Laws 2013, chapter 78, section 9, apply retroactively to from and after September 26, 1990."
