FLOOR
AMENDMENT EXPLANATION
This
amendment specifies that a regulated person may have an expert in their field
present as an advisor during an interview.
The
amendment exempts inspections related to certificates of convenience and
necessity issued by the Arizona Corporation Commission to public service
corporations.
Finally,
the amendment specifies that provisions for redaction of documents and
inspection reporting requirements do not apply to the regulation of securities
and investment management by the Corporation Commission.
