FLOOR AMENDMENT EXPLANATION
Limits the scope of the bill to business licenses issued by a city, town or county and specifically exempts licenses issued by the Department of Gaming pursuant to Tribal Gaming Compacts of 2003.
Requires agencies to forward the business license date of issue and expiration to the Secretary of State.
