Changes the membership of the Transfer of Federal Lands Study Committee (Committee) to include the Chair and Vice Chair of the Senate Rural Affairs and Environment Committee instead of the Natural Resources Committee.  Requires the committee to consult with experts in the fields and industries associated with or related to public lands.
