Between lines 13 and 14, insert:

"3.  selling or offering for sale any goods."

Between lines 17 and 18, insert:

"1.  "goods" means any merchandise, equipment, products, supplies or materials."

Renumber to conform

Amend title to conform

and, as so amended, it do pass
