Page 1, line 9, after "testing" insert "fees"

Page 2, between lines 9 and 10, insert:

"1.  "Career and technical education industry certification assessment" means an assessment for career and technical preparation programs for pupils."

Renumber to conform

After line 30, insert:

"Sec. 2.  Retroactivity

This act applies retroactively to taxable years beginning from and after December 31, 2014."
