and respectfully recommends that the bill be amended as follows:

Page 5, line 38, after "COURT" insert "OR THE OFFICE OF THE ATTORNEY GENERAL"; strike "OR THE"

Line 39, strike "OFFICE OF THE ATTORNEY GENERAL"

Amend title to conform

and as so amended, in the opinion of this Committee the bill is constitutional and in proper form.
