Your Committee on Rules reports that it has had under consideration

            HOUSE BILL 2120

and respectfully recommends that the bill be amended as follows:

Page 1, line 34, strike “NINETY” insert “EIGHTY-THREE”

      Lines 36 and 37, strike “one hundred twelve TWO HUNDRED TWENTY-FOUR” insert “one hundred twelve FIFTY”

Amend title to conform

and as so amended, in the opinion of this Committee the bill is constitutional and in proper form.
