Allows the Director of AHCCCS to require an individual to meet the same qualification, certification and liability insurance coverage standards regardless of whether the individual is an employee of the provider, an employee of a professional service or staffing entity or a contractor.

Page 4, line 24, after the period insert "The director may require that all individuals furnishing services meet the same qualification and certification standards and that providers maintain equivalent liability insurance coverage for the acts and omissions of such individuals, regardless of whether the individual is an employee of the provider, an employee of a professional service or staffing entity or a contractor of the provider."
