SENATE AMENDMENTS TO S.B. 1294

Strike everything after the enacting clause and insert:

"Section 1.  Title 13, chapter 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 13-112, to read:

START_STATUTE13-112.  Personal information; court dispositions; public records

A.  A person's name, date of birth, place of birth and country of citizenship are public records and shall be included in every summons, arrest warrant and uniform traffic complaint that is issued to the person in this state.

B.  If the disposition of a case requires a person to be incarcerated in a city, county or state facility, the court shall include the person's name, date of birth, place of birth and country of citizenship in the disposition order." END_STATUTE
