2. Returns the deadline for a parent to object to the relocation to the current 30 days.

 

3. Eliminates the notice exemptions regarding protected addresses.

Page 2, line 4, strike “one hundred THIRTY” insert “one hundred”

Line 12, strike “thirty TWENTY-ONE” insert “thirty”

Strike lines 24 through 31, insert:

“e.  if a child is relocated pursuant to this section, unless otherwise ordered by the court, all parties must continue to comply with current court orders, regardless of distance moved or notice required.”
