AN ACT

 

making an appropriation to the water infrastructure finance authority of Arizona.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Appropriation; water infrastructure finance authority; water supply and infrastructure projects; Navajo nation

The sum of $3,425,370 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2015-2016 to the water infrastructure finance authority of Arizona for distribution to the Navajo Nation for the purpose of planning and developing the water supply and infrastructure projects necessary to support community growth and economic development on tribal land.
