AN ACT
amending section 49-784, Arizona Revised Statutes; relating to solid waste management.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Section 49-784, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended to read:
49-784. Venue
An action filed pursuant to sections section 49‑781, 49‑782 or 49‑783 shall be brought in the superior court for in the county in which the alleged violation occurred or in which the department maintains an office.
