AN ACT
amending Title 15, chapter 3, article 6, Arizona Revised Statutes, by adding section 15-397; relating to joint technical education districts.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Title 15, chapter 3, article 6, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 15-397, to read:
15-397. Transportation of nondistrict pupils
If a school district provides pupil transportation services to and from the campus of a joint technical education district, the school district shall provide transportation to and from that campus for children who do not attend a school operated by that school district but who reside within the boundaries of the school district and who are enrolled in a program or course offered at the campus of the joint technical education district. The joint technical education district shall provide any identification or indemnification information that is required by the school district for the transportation of these pupils.
