AN ACT
amending Title 4, chapter 2, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, by adding section 4-214; relating to liquor licenses.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Title 4, chapter 2, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 4-214, to read:
4-214. Arizona wines; labeling
A. A licensee may offer for sale a wine carrying a label that indicates that the wine originates from this state if at least seventy-five percent of the wine is derived from fruit or agricultural products grown in this state and the wine has been fully finished in this state.
B. A licensee that complies with subsection A of this section is not subject to criminal, civil or administrative action for a violation of section 4‑244, paragraph 39.
