AN ACT
amending title 9, chapter 4, article 8, Arizona Revised Statutes, by adding section 9‑500.34; relating to transaction fees.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Title 9, chapter 4, article 8, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 9‑500.34, to read:
9-500.34. Prohibition on municipal transaction fees
Notwithstanding any other law, a city or town may not impose a transaction fee on a pawnbroker or person in the business of buying and selling bullion or gold in connection with any reportable transaction.
