AN ACT

 

making an appropriation to the department of water resources.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Appropriation; water protection fund

The sum of $500,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2015-2016 to the department of water resources for deposit into the water protection fund.
