AN ACT

 

making an appropriation to the water banking authority.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Appropriation; Arizona water banking authority; southside replenishment bank

The unencumbered monies remaining in the Nevada operating and resource subaccounts of the Arizona water banking fund established pursuant to section 45-2425, Arizona Revised Statutes, on June 30, 2015 are appropriated in fiscal year 2015-2016 to the Arizona water banking authority for the purposes prescribed in section 45-2624, Arizona Revised Statutes.
