AN ACT
Amending title 32, chapter 32, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, by adding section 32‑3219; relating to health professionals.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Title 32, chapter 32, article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 32-3219, to read:
32-3219. Health professionals; requirements for licensure; prohibition
A health professional IS not required to participate in any public or private third‑party reimbursement program as a condition of licensure under this title.
