Page 1, strike lines 17 and 18, insert:
"1. The portion of the sales price of real property that represents land, not to exceed the fair market value of the land. For the purposes of this paragraph, the department may not condition the allowance of this deduction for land on the separate statement of a price for land in a transaction in which the land is not being sold separately from the improvements to the land under the terms of the sales contract."
