Page 5, strike lines 1 through 15 and insert:
"27. Adopt rules that provide for teacher EDUCATOR
certification reciprocity. The rules FOR ISSUANCE OF A COMPARABLE shall provide for a one-year
reciprocal teaching EDUCATOR certificate with minimum requirements, SHALL INCLUDE A REQUIREMENT THAT THE
APPLICANT POSSESS A COMPARABLE including valid teacher certification from a ANOTHER state with substantially similar criminal history or teacher
fingerprinting requirements and proof of the submission of an application for a
fingerprint clearance card ISSUED pursuant to title 41, chapter 12, article
3.1. For teachers who provide Arizona online instruction pursuant to section
15-808, the rules shall allow automatic certification reciprocity with other
states that have similar programs."
