“Sec. 3. Laws 2012, chapter 213, section 2, is amended to read:
Sec. 2. Delayed repeal
Title 36, chapter 29, article 6, Arizona Revised Statutes, as added by this act, is repealed from and after September 30, 2015 2023.”
