Page 1, line 7, after "if" insert "both of the following apply"

Line 15, strike "mail-in" insert "telephone"

Strike lines 26 through 44, insert:

"c.  Any city, town or county that lawfully provides bulk voter registration information to a person shall inform the person that the secretary of state has established a political "do not call" list and shall provide information on how to use that list.  Any city, town or county or other political subdivision that provides information on its public website on how to register to vote shall also inform voters on how to be placed on the political "do not call" list established pursuant to this section.

D.  For any voter registration forms printed by this state or any political subdivision of this state after the effective date of this section and if the forms contain sufficient space, the voter registration forms shall include information regarding the secretary of state's "do not call" list established pursuant to this section."
