Page 1, line 2, strike "; repeal"

Line 9, strike "March 30, 2016 and for three years thereafter" insert "September 1 of each year"

Line 12, after "regarding" insert ":

1.  Welfare reform implementation.  The report shall include information on outcome measures such as length of employment, amount of earned income, hourly wage, hours worked per week, total family income, health coverage, use of child care, issues concerning welfare reform in rural areas, housing, number of out-of-wedlock births, length of deferral for victims of domestic violence, level of participation in job training and education for the transition to self-sufficiency.

Line 14, after "plan" insert "pursuant to subsection A of this section"

Strike line 15, insert:

"C.  The information provided in the report pursuant to subsection B of this section shall be for the most current year and the previous year and shall be compiled in a manner and form that allow an assessment of the effectiveness of welfare reform in this state.

Sec. 2.  Repeal

Laws 1997, chapter 300, section 76 is repealed."
