AMENDMENT EXPLANATION
Prohibits a process server from going to a residence that
is not listed on the service of process.
Allows associations or their agents to limit a process
server’s access to common areas to 60 minutes.
Requires process servers to attempt to use a bell or
nonverbal notification system that is outside a gated or secured apartment
community, if available, to confirm that a person is in the residence.
Prohibits a process server from gaining access to a gated
or secured apartment community if there is no response to a bell or nonverbal
notification system.
