FLOOR AMENDMENT EXPLANATION

 

Removes the requirement for the Director of the Arizona Department of Transportation to adopt rules for the acceptance of electronic communication, transfer or receipt of information. Makes technical corrections in regard to the education and training for used or wholesale motor vehicle dealer licensure.

28-45328-453.  Electronic transfer of information

The department may accept electronic communication, transfer or receipt of any abstract, affidavit, application information, copy, form, order, report, record or other information prescribed in this title in accordance with rules adopted by the director.” 28-453

Renumber to conform”

Line 2, strike “an”; strike “program”

Line 6, after “entity” insert “that contracts with the director pursuant to this subsection”; strike “to”

Strike lines 7 and 8, insert “for the education and training.”
