AMENDMENT EXPLANATION
Requires a $100 license from the Arizona Department of
Transportation for the filing or continuation of a motor vehicle dealer that
does not have a contractual relationship with a third party financing company.
Requires a $400 license through the Arizona Department of Transportation for
the filing and $250 renewal for a continuation of a motor vehicle dealer that
does have a contractual relationship with a third party financing company.
