FLOOR AMENDMENT EXPLANATION

Expands the prohibition, against a landlord requiring a tenant to place another person’s name on the title of a mobile home or recreational vehicle as a condition of tenancy, to include residency under the Arizona Mobile Home Parks Residential Landlord and Tenant Act and Recreational Vehicle Long-Term Rental Space Act.
