FLOOR AMENDMENT EXPLANATION

 

Extends the amount of time the Senate Committee of Reference has to hear testimony on assigned sunset reviews and submit their report to the President of the Senate, the Speaker of the House of Representatives, the Governor, the Auditor General and the affected agency from December 1 to the 3rd Friday in January.
