AMENDMENT EXPLANATION
Allows the new motor vehicle dealer to set a
fair and reasonable retail rate or determine the rate through prescribed
calculation.
Calculates the retail rate through submission
of the lesser of 100 sequential orders or 90 consecutive days of customer-paid
repair orders.
Removes clerical errors and missing
signatures as specified claim processing requirements that the manufacturer or
distributor may not deny a claim for the new motor vehicle dealer’s failure to
complete.
Makes technical and conforming changes.
