Delays repeal of professional driver school instructors licenses to December 31, 2016. Requires the Arizona Department of Transportation Director to establish requirements and minimum standards for commercial motor vehicle instructors by the end of this calendar year.

32-2372.01. Commercial motor vehicle instructor; requirements
ON OR BEFORE DECEMBER 31, 2016 THE DIRECTOR SHALL ADOPT RULES TO ESTABLISH REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM STANDARDS FOR COMMERCIAL MOTOR VEHICLE INSTRUCTORS.”
