Page 2, between lines 15 and 16, insert:
"E. Notwithstanding any other law, a pupil who is identified by a school district as gifted is not eligible for the group B weight for gifted pupils prescribed in section 15‑943 unless the pupil scores at or above the ninety‑seventh percentile, based on national norms, on a test adopted by the state board of education pursuant to section 15‑203, subsection A, paragraph 15."
