Page 95, between lines 40 and 41, insert:

"Sec. 76.  Section 41-4024, Arizona Revised Statutes, as transferred and renumbered, is amended to read:

START_STATUTE41-4024.  Budget; disposition of revenues; report

A.  The deputy director shall annually prepare and submit a budget estimate and appropriation request for the department pursuant to title 35, chapter 1.

B.  At least once each week the deputy director shall deposit, pursuant to sections 35‑146 and 35‑147, all monies received by the department pursuant to this chapter article in the state general fund.END_STATUTE"

Renumber to conform

Amend title to conform

And, as so amended, it do pass
